Sometimes it's fun to try a new hot sauce. There are many funny names, flavors, and temperatures. They seem to be effected by fashion, for example "chipotle" is a popular flavor these days. There are designer labels and creative containers.
In the end, though, I always come home to the one true hot sauce, against which all others are measured: Tabasco.
